What is your usual turnaround?
Most standard print orders received in-lab by 11 am are ready for dispatch that day at 4 pm, other products have different in-lab times. For more time-consuming products it may take up to 3-days in production. If it is a more complex product to manufacture such as our wall art this may take up to 5-days.
How long would a delivery take?
We use and recommend Star Track who has delivery to most major centers the next day, please allow 1 extra day of delivery for any delays that may occur especially during rush periods throughout the year.
Can I pick up after hours?
Yes – we do have a secure night box located outside our building. When placing an order just call us on (07) 3426 8200 to request information. Due to the size of our box, large products may not fit, therefore, we recommend picking these up during business hours to ensure they do not get damaged either.
Do you only print photographs?
No – we offer a range of signage, mounting, print finishing, point of sale and traditional press printing. We offer many products for businesses that assist with promotions and marketing. In addition, we offer all necessities for photographers and have a wide range of gifting products.
Do you have a shop front?
Yes – our lab is at 6/22 Varley Streer, YEERONGPILLY, QLD 4105. Our business hours for our shop front in 9 am to 5 pm, Monday – Friday.
How do I get my work to you?
Our preferred method is RGB Digital Direct our downloadable online ordering system. If you are looking for alternative options we have our online ordering system, dakis, FTP, hightail or visit us in-store for one of our friendly staff to assist you with ordering.
Why are your sizes in inches?
This has always been the traditional measurement for photography to convert inches to mm just multiply by 25.4. Alternatively, multiply it by 2.54 to convert to cm. Our only product measured in cm is our IKEA frame print sizes.
Do my larger prints come with extra white for easier framing?
No, all our prints are trimmed to the file provided. If you need extra white around your image you will need to extend your canvas in photoshop to add the extra white to your file. In some cases, you may need to extend your canvas to the next size up that we offer. If you are unsure of how to do this do not hesitate to contact us for one of our friendly staff members to assist you.
What do I do if my order is delivered incorrectly?
If you come across an issue with the delivery of your order please email us with your order number, tracking number and the issue that has occurred. This will allow us to determine the issue and redirect your order straight to you.
What do I do if my order is incorrect?
We kindly as you to contact either by email or call us and we will be more than happy to fix this issue and send out the correct products as soon as possible at no extra charge if it is our error.
Which Ordering Software Should I Use?
We recommend using our RGB Digital Direct software for the best experience, range of products and templates. Especially if you are a regular customer or are ordering large orders this software is highly recommended. If you are only printing a smaller order or just straight prints our online ordering systems are perfect for that.
If I order a landscape print but its a portrait photo what will happen?
No matter what rotation you order your photograph as it can be easily fixed when you receive it by simply turning the print around.
